Meet the Team
Karl Alderton – Managing Director
Karl has more than ten years’ experience in business telecommunications, beginning his career within the UK’s largest telecoms organisation. Karl has an unwavering commitment to providing his customers with solutions that really work; backed up by an open and honest approach to customer care.
He is ambitious for his business and for his customers. With an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to the telecoms industry, Karl is continually reviewing the latest technology coming to market and looking for ways to improve the services he offers to his customers.
Karl leads up the technical side of the business working with Paul and the engineers to develop and enhance our solutions
Paul Frost – Operational Support Manager
Paul joined Elite Telecom in 2013. With more than 18 years’ experience in telecoms engineering and management, Paul has added an enhanced level of technical expertise to the Elite Telecom team.
Paul is highly qualified across multiple manufacturers including NEC, Panasonic, Polycom and Snom to name a few.
Paul works along side Kerry and our business support team to ensure effective installation and management of hosted and traditional systems.
Paul also supports our engineering team to ensure smooth installations for our customers.
He is often on-site with our existing and potential customers; devising solutions to solve technical issues and providing advice on how businesses can effectively utilise modern telecoms to support their growth and development.
Kerry London – Quality Assurance and Management Assistant
Kerry joined Elite Telecom in 2012 after completing a degree in Business Management at the University of East Anglia.
Kerry spent many years working in the retail industry, developing the customer service skills which are essential to her role within Elite Telecom. She combines these skills with technical expertise; providing customers with a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact.
Kerry spent a year at Elite Telecom over seeing our Business Support Team, using this knowledge Kerry now ensures quality throughout the organisation so our customers get the best service possible, this could be our provisioning processes or the our handling of service issues.
Kerry reports on a regular basis to Karl, so the whole team is constantly learning and improving in any way they can.
Tom Crossley – Telecoms Engineer
Tom, who joined theElite Telecom team in May 2014, has spent many years working on both traditional and hosted telephone systems so is an ideal fit for us. He is a certified NEC engineer.
If you’re looking for a detail-driven engineer; Tom’s your man. He’s the sort of engineer who enjoys understanding how every bit of a system works. This is great for our customers as, if a system change is needed, Tom will know exactly what’s possible without making any false promises.
Jason Buckley – Provisioning and Faults
Jason joined us in September 2014 looking for a new career in a technology industry following having a keen interest in IT.
Before Jason joined us he was working towards completing CompTia A+ Qualification in his spare time showing his motivation to get into the technology industry.
Jason is now working towards multiple qualifications including Cisco CCNA to enhance his telecoms and networking skills and his mid term ambition is to move into an engineering role.
Emily Cole – Billing
Emily joined Elite Telecom as a permanent member of staff in February 2014 after completing an business administration apprenticeship. Working closely with Karl, Emily manages our billing platform to ensure customers are invoiced correctly and that any issues are resolved quickly for our customers.
Celine Whittaker – Provisioning and Faults
Celine joined Elite Telecom in March 2014 to complete an apprenticeship in business administration. Following her completion of her apprenticeship Celine was offered a full time position within our business support team.
Celine is very interested in the more technical aspects of her role and spends any minute possible understanding how our solutions work in as much depth as possible.
