Register a service or billing issue

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to raise a service or billing issue with us and therefore you can either complete the form below or log onto our secure customer portal.

The customer portal gives you the ability to raise new cases, view existing open and closed cases. It also gives you access to solutions that could help solve your issue, for example our user guides for various handsets or how to find the IMEI of your phone.

If you have not got access to the portal, please email us requesting access and one of the team will email you your username and a temporary password.
